Contact requests

Submitting the contact form sends your details to our server and [email protected] to handle your enquiry. We also use your phone number if you request a callback. Enquiries are stored in the protected administration area and automatically removed after 90 days once delivery is complete. Email correspondence is handled and retained separately.

Newsletter

Newsletter subscriptions are optional and separate from contact enquiries. We send newsletters only after you confirm your email address via a confirmation link. We store your address, chosen language and the dates of subscription, confirmation and unsubscription. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. Unconfirmed subscriptions are deleted after 30 days. Unsubscribed addresses remain on a suppression list until you request deletion or subscribe and confirm again.

Form security

We use a short-lived form cookie and limited pseudonymised request counters to prevent abuse. The administration area uses a session cookie for login. These cookies serve only functionality and security.

Media and Settings

Images, fonts and videos are delivered with this website. Product videos load when started. Muted background and scene videos play automatically when visible and animations are enabled. Your language and animation preferences are stored locally in this browser. You can change them at any time using the language selector and motion control.

Website statistics with Cloudflare

On domains configured for this purpose, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics by Cloudflare, Inc., USA, to analyse page views, referral pages and website performance. Information sent to Cloudflare includes pages visited, browser and device information, and load times.

Cloudflare Web Analytics does not set analytics cookies or use Local Storage or fingerprinting for these statistics. IP addresses are involved in technical transmission; Cloudflare states that it discards them at the nearest data centre. Processing may take place outside Switzerland and the EEA.
