Univention & SSO

Univention, central accounts and groups provide the foundation. Single sign-on connects the applications; passkeys and TOTP protect access.

SOGo

SOGo for mail, calendars, contacts and tasks. Shared mailboxes, groups and a searchable mail archive connect your team.

Nextcloud & EuroOffice

Nextcloud for files and team folders, EuroOffice for documents in the browser. Plus full-text search, file locking and Talk for chat and video meetings.

Desk Apps

From the browser to your specialist applications.

A device with a browser is all you need to connect. A network-bootable OSBoard OS is also available. Desk Apps bring Windows and Linux applications to the browser – with GPU support, audio, microphone and shareable sessions depending on the configuration.

Migration

Mail, calendars, contacts, tasks, OneDrive and SharePoint are migrated in stages. SharePoint libraries become Nextcloud team folders with the appropriate groups. A test run, delta sync and planned DNS change accompany the transition.
