Two redundant Swiss data centers - one of which is a former military bunker. Built for maximum security and availability.
Redundant fiber optic
100% fiber optic ring with 3 × 10 Gbit/s via the carriers Solnet, Swisscom and UPC. Dark fiber ring directly between the data centers.
Sustainable energy
100% natural electricity from hydropower. APC UPS plus diesel generators. Freecooling reduces energy and CO₂ by up to 90%.

Redundant virtualization with separate backup systems. 99.7% availability, 24/7 on-call service and monitoring.

The foundation
is with the customer.
For Televic partner projects, a separate installation is planned in the customer's country: on their servers or in a local data center.
Server, network and WiFi.
Server VMs for AQURA and OS Board, WLAN for call devices, location tracking and smartphones as well as network and TV head station are coordinated with the installation.
Implementation in the respective country.
Neutronix provides the infrastructure service in Switzerland. Abroad, the partner or the customer takes over IT based on the technical requirements.

This local partner installation is its own operating model. Swiss OS infrastructure hosting remains a separate offer for suitable projects.
